Well if google want the Android to be a success in long run then they should follow apple how to deal with customers.
If they are doing business by making people unhappy then they will pay the price for it.
In india why people choose nokia as their first priority because they trust it. Nokia has created an impression that nokia is best. In the end if customer is satisfied in return it is beneficial for the company.
They must provide updates for their new versions of OS or tyhey will loose their customers.
