Confirmed Web Portal based enrollment of iOS devices. This feature has been present since at least version 8.0 (current version as of this edit is 8.43,) and possibly earlier. The web enrollment link is the same as the web-based administration url (e.g. https://jss.company.com:8443) with /enroll appended to the end. Step-by-step instructions are provided at that address, in addition to an "enroll" button that begins the process certificate-based web enrollment. The official Casper Suite JSS documentation lists the feature in its current "Casper Suite 8.4 iOS QuickStart Guide" available here: http://www.jamfsoftware.com/libraries/pdf/products/documentation/Casper_Suite_8.4_QuickStart_Guide_for_Mobile_Device_Management.pdf If the link has changed, all documentation can be found here: http://www.jamfsoftware.com/resources/pdf-library The appropriate section is currently on page 14 of the afore-mentioned document. It states: "Enroll Mobile Devices with the JSS After configuring the MDM framework, you can enroll mobile devices with the JSS for management. Enrollment establishes a connection between the devices and the JSS, allowing you to perform over-theair management tasks without requiring user interaction. You can initiate the enrollment process over-the-air by: ‚ Sending an OTA invitation via email or text message (SMS) ‚ Providing users with an enrollment URL" and is further detailed on page 15: "To provide an enrollment URL: Direct users to the full URL of the JSS followed by /enroll/. For example: https://jss.mycompany.com:8443/enroll/ Users log in and follow a series of guided steps to enroll their devices. When the enrollment process is complete, the devices are managed by the JSS."
