I keep seeing info on these guys and the reviews are pretty solid, why dont i hear more discussion on these guys- something i'm missing?

The Amtel Provider Info Is BS

This company does not have an appliance product, No Windows 8 support, No 24X7 support, (your lucky if you get a support email in 8 hours), No app catalog, NO SDK for web administration, many other claims made on check list by Amtel are false.

Stay away, very brittle product.

I am customer support at Amtel. Customer service has been a key for our success. Just posting the above comment here as anonymous is not trustworthy. You could easily be a competition trying to score.
